Charmed!

The first Dumyé charm was designed as a little secret between my daughter and I. She was having separation anxiety when she started year 1 of school. It is heart breaking to see your little one so distraught - I know you mommies know what I'm talking about.

I decided to make her a pocket-sized reminder that I was always with her. Anytime she needed a little extra strength or courage, she could reach her tiny fingers into her pocket to find a piece of me right there with her. 

We have released literally a handful of these little charms, exclusively in our Dubai Mall doll house. Each one comes with a large gold pin that you can use to attach your charm to your bag. They are made with bits of fabric from our collections and tiny beaded bodices.
