#MommyAndMeMonday // Hair Salon

So one day my daughter sits me down and tells me she has an idea. She was feeling a bit jealous of the amount of time my 6 month old son got to spend with me. So she says, how about one day a week me and you do something special together. Just the two of us. No boys aloud.

It was on a Monday so she choose that day.  #MommyAndMeMonday was born.

On this day we went out and bought rollers and played hair salon together! It was simple, fun, quality time together. It reminded me of all the time I spent in the 'salon chair' with my mom rolling my hair up for show choir performances, dance recitals, school dances... you name it. Love you mom!

Now that this has become a weekly tradition, I would love to hear about the things you do with your little one to connect. It will help me keep things fresh from week to week with her. Let me know in the comments below.
