Satwa And All It's Quirkiness

We spend a fair amount of time wandering the streets of Satwa, which is the garment district in Dubai, looking for beautiful fabrics and wonderful adornments for our dolls. If you have never been, then what you need to know is that it's a place full of surprises and precious finds under it's rustic appearance. But when we passed a shop and saw a tailor parked on the floor sharpening his scissors with a power tool... (yes we said power tool) well we couldn't help but share. Look at the sparks coming off that thing! This is definently a first for us. xo
